Our History

The Bristol Collective was founded in 2013 to address a persistent gap in cross-border real estate advisory.
Investors and owners operating in the Caribbean and Central America often faced a trade-off—local firms with potential conflicts of interest, or international advisors without the regional insight required for complex assignments.
The firm was built to bridge this gap. From the outset, it focused on delivering precise, market-informed analysis for assets that fall outside standard valuation frameworks, including resorts, private islands, large land holdings, and mixed-use developments.
Over time, The Bristol Collective has developed a flexible operating model—combining senior-level expertise with a trusted network of regional specialists—allowing it to deliver tailored insight across diverse markets and asset types.

Since founding The Bristol Collective in 2013, I have personally led the delivery of independent valuation and strategic advisory services for complex real estate assets across the Caribbean and Central America. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in Latin American markets — gained through years of on-the-ground work in Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, Belize, and many of the smaller island nations — I bring a level of regional insight and market intuition that allows me to guide clients through high-stakes decisions on resorts, private islands, master-planned communities, and large land holdings.
