Fifco is dedicated to producing and distributing foods and beverages mainly in Central America, the Caribbean and United States, as well as carry out real estate activities in the Guanacaste province in Panama and various investments.

Gencom is a U.S.-based investment firm that owns, operates and develops prized real estate around the world, with an emphasis on luxury hotels, resorts and branded residential properties. Gencom is also an active owner/investor in hospitality operating platforms. We were commissioned to appraise selected development properties within the Four Seasons project site on Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

In conjunction with a Global Accounting Firm, we provided real estate advisory services for the first Zones for Employment and Economic Development (ZEDE), a Logistics Center development in Honduras.

(NASDAQ: PSMT) is an American chain and the largest operator of membership warehouse clubs in Central America and the Caribbean, and has more recently entered the South American region with clubs in Colombia, serving over 1 million cardholders at 44 owned and operated warehouse clubs in 13 countries and one U.S. territory.

Through its multiple subsidiaries, its assets in more than 20 countries are valued at over CDN 35 billion. Ivanhoe awarded our team along with Brazil affiliates a three-year contract to value their retail portfolio in Brazil

The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) is a Canadian crown corporation. The mandate of PSP Investments is to manage employer and employee contributions to the federal Public Service, the Canadian Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police pension funds. We were awarded the contract to complete valuations on a 31-office shopping center portfolio for PSP in Brazil.

In collaboration with other international consultants, our Latam group provided real estate advisory services for this new 1-Billion-dollar project by the Ecuadorean Government. The assignment required the review of other existing Science Parks in Argentina, Brazil, Honduras, Mexico, Panama and Paraguay. We were involved in a valuation of a development lands portfolio with properties in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico and Argentina for the London Stock Exchange. This complex appraisal assignment involved tight time frames and coordination with offices in London, Buenos Aires and Mexico City. Our team completed a valuation to estimate the market value of the properties on an “As Is” basis for an international offering of shares in the London Stock Exchange.

Our group was commissioned by one of the largest real estate investment firms in the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM) for appraisals and investment advice on a portfolio of properties throughout Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Valuations were completed to comply with IFRS, IASB and London Stock Exchange regulations.
